Bixter supplies workforce to livestock farms in Norway. This has primarily been recruitment of agriculture workers to cow farms and pig farms. Through the years that sector has become our expertise.
The candidate types are:
- Non-EU trainees
- Skilled non-EU workers (with relevant education and experience)
- EU workers (with relevant education and experience)
During the 12-months work contracts, Bixter candidates are qualified to perform a range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Herd reproductive management
- Herd health management
- Pasture management
- Operation of farm machinery and on-road vehicles
- Record keeping
- Financial management
- etc.
During a 6-months traineeship contract, Bixter candidates are qualified to perform a range of tasks.
These includes but are not limited to:
- Feeding and care of livestock
- Milking of cows
- Vaccinating
- Treating sick animals
- etc.
