During the 12-months work contracts Bixter candidates are qualified to perform a range of responsibilities (according to their specific qualifications), including, but not limited to:
- Supporting head chef
- Bartending (making and serving drinks)
- Preparation of food
- Catering duties
- Housekeeping (washing floors, vacuuming, dusting, organizing of space)
- etc.

Education: relevant educational background for hospitality, for example bachelor’s in Gastronomy, Hotel management, Hospitality management or other hospitality related degree (holding H+ accreditation)

Experience: most graduates hold relevant experience of at least 3 months either from a hotel or restaurant in home country or in other european country

Driving license: At least B1 category
