FAQ about Franchise-concept
Bixter is scaling up, and we are looking to add franchisees to help with the scale up
Franchise concept has been developed for the first time within the Bixter business model, and while we are new to the franchise development and maintenance, we would like to offer some answers that might come up when considering becoming a Bixter franchisee.
Bixter is open to collaborating with people from all backgrounds. We prioritize cooperating with professionals from:
- Agricultural
- Hospitality
- Food technology
- HR & recruiting industries,
However we are more than open to onboard professionals from different backgrounds, because we will train and onboard all of our franchisees and explain our concept and processes from scratch.
Furthermore, we are looking for people who are interested in becoming independent business owners, people who have skills for sales / project management / communication / organization.
We have developed a franchisee onboarding plan. This plan entails 1 week of introductory webinars and continuous correspondence. At this point of Bixter brand development, we are open to adjusting this plan to your specific time needs, which means we can host the webinars over the course of 3 weeks.
Moreover, after the onboarding procedures are completed, you are entitled to 12h/month ongoing coaching sessions with our franchise coordinator, where you can further ask questions and receive answers. These hours do not accumulate which means that if you do not utilize these hours throughout the month, you lose them, and get a new 12h the next month.
Your responsibilities will not be to take on the entire Bixter value chain. Bixter Franchisee’s, until agreed otherwise, are responsible for the following tasks:
- Promotion of Bixter.Work concept
- Initiating and closing orders
- Managing databases, providing monthly reports to the main office
- Participating in ongoing coaching
- Communicating with trainees/employees after visa approval with regards to logistical issues
- etc.
During the initial meetings and onboarding plan we will describe your responsibilities in more detail. To give you a more clear overview of your responsibilities, your tasks are dependent on the needs of the following processes.
- sales, to acquire clients, and create work placements
- communications, to coordinate with the main Bixter office, and initiate the administrative processes
- organization, to connect the employer with the arriving candidates
As a franchisee you are assigned a Bixter manager who is responsible for communications from Bixter main office side. The assigned manager’s availability is 24/7.
After the onboarding procedures are completed, you are entitled to 12h/month ongoing coaching sessions with our franchise coordinator, where you can further ask questions and receive answers. These hours do not accumulate which means that if you do not utilize these hours throughout the month, you lose them, and get a new 12h the next month.
The payment distribution depends on your ability to execute your responsibilities. We have a preset payment framework, which we are open to discuss during initial meetings.
Bixter mission is to support the sectors we operate in – agriculture, hospitality, food technology etc. across the globe by building bridges between employers who manage companies within these sectors and candidates who are educated to work and continue the development and support of these sectors.
Bixter fights for the candidate’s rights to receive paid on-job training and we fight for the employer’s right to receive the most qualified workforce possible.
If you feel that these values align with your values, you are welcome onboard. We guarantee a continuously profitable business, if you are willing to put in the work into your responsibilities.
