We take care of the paperwork, embassy and immigration services, arrange arrival and help the trainees/workers with entry and transport. You are welcome to seek help throughout the duration of 12-18 months of the traineeship/work contract.

You are welcome to make a placement order all year round at your convenience.

It depends on the country, and sector. You can find a more detailed description of the recruitment process here. As an employer your involvement is very minimal. Bixter takes on the majority of tasks and processes.

To complete a successful Bixter experience, we need you to:

  • Describe in detail what candidates you are looking for (quantity of candidates, age, gender, nationality, height, english language skills, driving license or any other specification that you require for your placement)

  • Transfer payment of the invoice for Bixter services

  • Sign the traineeship/work contract and a few more documents requiring your signature and send them to the appropriate address (which will be communicated to you)

  • Pick up the candidate from the nearest bus/train/tram station and transport them to their accommodation location

  • In some cases, visiting local municipalities with the candidate for registration purposes.

  • Contact us, in case there are any conflicts, or disputes of any kind, regarding the trainee/worker performance

  • Successfully accommodate and mentor the candidate during their traineeship/work time with you. 

You are welcome to cancel your placement order before an assigned sales manager issues the order confirmation.

Bixter cannot replace a candidate, once the order confirmation has been issued.
However, Bixter can offer a different candidate if you change your mind before agreeing on an order.

You have two options – extend or replace.

In case of a 12 month contract, after 7 months of the trainee/worker stay, Bixter will notify you about the upcoming expiration of the visa and the opportunity to either extend or replace your candidates.

In the case of a 6 months contract …

In the case of an 18 months contract, after 13 months of the trainee/worker stay, Bixter will notify you about the upcoming expiration of the visa and the opportunity to either extend or replace your candidates.
