FAQ about Partnership
About partnership
Establishing and maintaining partnerships can be a complex process, but we approach our partnerships with transparency, professionalism and efficiency.
That’s why we have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions we have received over the years for you to review and help determine if a partnership with Bixter would be the right step for you.
There are many benefits to becoming a Bixter Partner. Some of them include:
- Expansion of your candidates database
- Competitive payment for your services
- Expansion of your international network
- Higher brand recognition
- Potential expansion of own expertise
… amongst others, which is why collaborating with Bixter is a tangible and profitable investment in your and/or your company’s future.
Bixter collaborates with companies who can contribute to the recruitment process, which means anything from promoting the opportunity to actual recruitment services. Our current partners fall into one or more of the following types:
- Employment agencies
- Staffing and recruitment agencies
- Scholarship programs
- Universities and other educational institutions
As Bixter expands, we are open to new types of partnerships with various backgrounds such as recruitment, agricultural, hospitality or other sectors relevant to the Bixter expertise.
As we process direct application to Bixter programs, there are a variety of courses that are acceptable such as:
- Animal Sciences
- Hospitality
- Food sciences
- Agronomy
As long as the faculties are connected to agriculture (livestock and horticulture), hospitality and food technology Bixter is open for collaborations.
Bixter prioritizes collaborations with companies/agencies with international recruitment experience, however we also collaborate with partners who do not have experience with international recruitment procedures, because we support the growth of our partners and we are excited to exchange knowledge and experience and bring new opportunities for our partners.
Our partner’s service fees are determined by their company profile, potential contribution to the recruitment process, amongst other conditions of partners performance within the recruitment value chain. The exact amount of payment is determined throughout the communications stage in the partnership establishing process.
Our partners’ responsibilities are fully described in the partner agreement. Some of the Partner responsibilities include:
- Promotion of Bixter programs amongst local educational institutions
- Receiving Bixter direct applications/processing local applications for our programs
- Coordination of local candidate’s appointments for visa application
- Communication with students throughout the administrative process
- Provide support in the troubleshooting of problematic cases
- etc.
Bixter mission is to support the sectors we operate in – agriculture, hospitality, food technology etc. across the globe by building bridges between employers who manage companies within these sectors and candidates who are educated to work and continue the development and support of these sectors.
Successful Bixter partnerships are one of our top priorities, which is why we approach our communications with transparency and can-do attitude. We accept student applications all year round, and our employers databases increase on a monthly basis, which means we have the potential to provide additional profit for our partners, due to the ever increasing turnover volume.
Bixter fights for the candidate’s rights to receive paid on-job training and we fight for the employer’s right to receive the most qualified workforce possible.
If any of these values align with your mission, it’s a great fit for a partnership.
