Bixter skilled worker program is an opportunity to find a new team member for employers looking for skilled workers with proven experience. The skilled work program lasts up to 12 months, with possibility for extension, and skilled workers are paid a competitive industry-average salary. This program allows the employer to hire not only a skilled farm worker, but also a qualified farm manager.

Age: 18-45y
Contract duration: 12 months
Working hours: 37
Salary: 3,900 €
English language skills: At least basic conversational level proven with an IELTS test
Education: Relevant educational background for livestock, for example bachelor’s in Animal Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary
Experience: Candidates hold relevant experience from an animal farm (dairy, pig, poultry) in home country or has completed Bixter’s traineeship program or have completed a specialized vocational training (of minimum 1 year)
