FOOD PRODUCTION TRAINEES
Food production sector consists of over 8,000 (in 2022) food production companies and growing. After over 15 years on the local and international market, Bixter has accumulated enough knowledge of the local market needs to prioritize candidates for traineeship placements with the highest level of commitment to their education, work and overall sense of excellence.
Trainees for Food Production
The food technology sector includes various sub sectors. These sectors include: cheese production, juice production, chocolate production amongst others. Bixter is constantly on a lookout for more potential sub-sectors to broaden our pool of candidates.
During a 12-month traineeship contract, Bixter candidates are qualified to perform a range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Supervision of the food products quality
- Control of specific processes in the factory
- Product packaging
- Marking products according to their expiration dates, or other labels such as “organic”
- Performing sanitation tasks
- etc.

Education: graduates with relevant food technology educational background, for example bachelor’s in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Production or other food technology related degree

Driving license: B1 category if needed
