After the administrative process has been completed successfully, the Bixter team confirms with the candidate that the flight tickets are booked, and we create a route plan for the candidate after arriving in the country of traineeship/work period. We plan the best transportation route using either train/bus/tram or any other means of transportation available in a particular country. We guarantee candidate’s arrival at the closest bus/train-station to the employer’s address.

Pre- & Post-Arrival Support

It can be tough for overseas candidates to integrate and feel comfortable in a new culture. For that reason, the Bixter team ensures that candidates transition smoothly and efficiently into their new environment. To achieve that we offer introductory webinars, online sessions and correspondence to help prepare for the arrival, we offer training where we explain how taxes work in local countries, we educate on cultural differences and of course we host annual events for all trainees and employers in summer to celebrate their hard work.

The recruitment process is considered closed when the candidates successfully arrive at the location of accommodation. However, the Bixter experience continues until the candidate completes the traineeship/work contract and is either extended for another contract or moving back to own country.
