Franchisees and Partners are crucial stakeholders in the Bixter mission for connecting employers in need of workforce with suitable candidates from more than 27 countries worldwide within sectors of agriculture, food technology, hospitality and others, for that reason Bixter has developed a simple plan for onboarding our new Franchisees and Partners on German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, UK, Icelandic and other markets.
Franchisees take on the responsibilities through 2 key Bixter value chain processes – Sales of Bixter recruitment services to local employers, leading to closed deals and Logistics with regards to arrival of workers from Non-EU countries.
Bixter will conduct recruitment per order coming from Franchisee’s/Partner’s client, provide all necessary paperwork with regards to client’s country employment regulations between employer and non-EU employee, VISA application, follow up with migration authorities in charge with regards to VISA processing till employee is given a temporary residence and work permit and ready to arrive at the date, confirmed by Franchisee/Partner with client.
