Preparation and Onboarding

The typical placement begins with an initial 18-month contract. That initial period gives candidates time to learn the operation, build practical knowledge and become integrated into the team. Gut Agrar-Natura also plays an important role in that development after arrival.

Aniket explains that the company supported him as he learned to work with different groups of animals, including calves, cows and heifers. His three years on the farm also demonstrate that the relationship can continue well beyond the original 18-month period.
