Learn More About Becoming a Bixter Franchisee or Partner
Franchisees and Partners play an important role in supporting Bixter’s mission of connecting host companies with international trainees and traineeship opportunities across Agriculture, Food Technology, Hospitality, and related sectors. To support successful cooperation, Bixter has developed a structured onboarding process for new Franchisees and Partners across Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom, Iceland, and other markets.
Franchisees contribute through two key areas of the Bixter value chain — supporting the development of host company partnerships and assisting with the coordination of international traineeship programs.
Bixter supports the identification of suitable trainees through its international network and educational partnerships. In addition, Bixter assists with the preparation and coordination of documentation, administrative procedures, mobility arrangements, and communication related to international traineeship programs. Our team also provides guidance throughout the preparation process until the trainee is ready to begin the agreed traineeship placement with the host company.
