Bixter has received evidence that an individual presenting herself as “Tatyna Montal” is contacting candidates while claiming to represent Bixter.

If you have been contacted through these details, do not make any payment or share personal documents until the communication has been verified directly with Bixter.
What has been reported
According to information provided to Bixter, the individual has reportedly:
- offered opportunities in Denmark, Germany and Australia;
- requested advance “processing” or “agency” fees;
- sent questionable contracts and documents using the Bixter name and branding;
- requested passport information through WhatsApp;
- provided payment instructions that are not authorised by Bixter.
Bixter is collecting information relating to these communications and will cooperate with relevant banks, companies and authorities where appropriate.
How to protect yourself
A company name, registration number, logo or professional-looking contract does not automatically mean that a communication is genuine.
Before sending money or sharing personal information, always verify who you are communicating with and where the payment or information is being sent.
Do not:
❌ Send money because someone promises you a job position or visa;
❌ Send passport copies or sensitive personal information through WhatsApp or another unverified communication channel;
❌ Assume a document is genuine simply because it contains the Bixter name, logo or company details;
❌ Allow anyone to pressure you into paying immediately by claiming an opportunity will disappear.
How the official Bixter process works
Candidates are assessed before placement
Bixter interviews and evaluates candidates before proceeding with a placement. Relevant documents, qualifications and other required information are reviewed as part of the process.
Expenses are explained clearly
Candidates receive information about applicable expenses before payment is required. The documentation explains the amount, what the expense covers, who receives the payment and where the payment must be sent.
Payments are made through official channels
Payments made directly to Bixter must only be sent to an official Bixter bank account or authorised Bixter payment method.
Bixter does not authorise individuals to privately collect payments on behalf of the company.
Sensitive documents are handled through official communication channels
Bixter uses official company communication channels when exchanging documents and sensitive information.
Bixter does not ask candidates to send sensitive documents to personal Gmail accounts or to unknown individuals through WhatsApp.
Verify who you are speaking with
Before making a payment, signing documentation or sharing personal information, verify the person contacting you.
You can check whether someone is part of Bixter through the Meet the Team section of the official Bixter website.
If the person is not listed, the email address appears unusual, the payment destination is unclear, or something simply does not look right, contact Bixter directly before continuing.
When in doubt, verify first.
