8. Post-Arrival Integration

We help candidates adapt to their new workplace, team, and daily routines after arrival.

Supporting A Strong Start

Arrival is only the beginning. The first weeks after arrival often determine how quickly a candidate adapts, builds confidence, and becomes part of the team.

New surroundings, different workplace expectations, and unfamiliar routines can create challenges during the transition period. Bixter provides post-arrival integration support to help candidates settle into their new environment and support a smoother path toward long-term success.

By remaining involved after arrival, we help create greater continuity for both candidates and host companies.

Building Confidence Early

The first weeks are often when expectations become reality. This is the period when trainees are adapting to a new workplace, learning daily routines, building relationships with colleagues, and becoming familiar with local ways of working.

To help support successful integration, Bixter works closely with trainees, host companies, and international partners throughout the transition period. Our goal is to help create a positive start, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure expectations remain aligned.

As part of our quality assurance approach, Bixter provides:

  • Candidate screening and interview processes before placement
  • Guidance regarding programme requirements and local regulations
  • Pre-departure preparation through Bixter Academy
  • Integration support during the first stage after arrival
  • Programme evaluations to continuously improve quality and service standards

These steps help create a stronger foundation before the trainee begins the placement.

The First 30 Days

The first month is often the most important period of any placement. It is the stage where both the trainee and the host company confirm that expectations, skills, and workplace fit are aligned.

As part of our quality assurance approach, Bixter offers a one-month replacement guarantee.

A replacement can be arranged free of charge in cases of:

  • Significant mismatch with previously agreed placement criteria
  • Consistently low performance
  • Violations related to drugs or alcohol

This policy helps reduce risk for host companies while reinforcing the importance of quality matching and preparation before arrival.

The goal is not simply to replace candidates when problems occur. The goal is to create stronger placements from the beginning and provide additional confidence during the transition period.

Part Of One Process

Post-arrival integration is one part of the wider Bixter model.

Candidate evaluation, preparation through Bixter Academy, documentation coordination, mobility support, arrival assistance, and post-arrival integration all work together to support a stronger outcome. Each stage strengthens the next.

Better preparation supports better arrivals. Better arrivals support better integration. Better integration supports greater continuity.

Because international talent pathways work best when the entire journey is connected through one coordinated process. Bixter helps bring those steps together through one partner and one structured approach from selection to stable placement.
